# $APHR Token

$APHR is a METIS token which rewards its holders with automatic passive interest payments every 30 minutes.

**Aphrodite has implemented trading fees in order to sustain and realize an industry leading APY.**

Here is a list of the fees and how they are distributed:

**Buy Trading Fees are 16%:**

* **4%** — AIF (Aphrodite Insurance Fund)
* **4%** — Sustain Liquidity
* **8%** — Treasury

**Sell Trading Fees are 24%**

* **4%** — AIF (Aphrodite Insurance Fund)
* **4%** — Sustain Liquidity
* **16%** — Treasury

**More information :**

* **4%** (AIF) - It helps sustain and back the Staking Rewards provided by the Positive Rebase. 
* **4%** (Sustain Liquidity) - Backing the liquidity of the APHR/METIS pair on [**Thetys**](https://tethys.finance/swap?inputCurrency=METIS\&outputCurrency=0x69fdb77064ec5c84FA2F21072973eB28441F43F3) ensuring an ever-increasing collateral value of $APHR.
* **8-16%** (Treasury) - Supports the AIF value, provides a marketing and hiring budget for Aphrodite, and funds new project and product development.
